      We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
      Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.


      Handling Time

      All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. 

      Note: Handling time is not included in shipping time.


      Order Cut-Off Time

      Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) will be processed on the same business day.
      Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

      2. Items that cannot be returned

      3. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) or items with hygiene seals broken (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
      4. Personalized or custom-made items.
      5. Any product damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.

      3. How to start a return

      1. Email within 14 days of delivery.
      • Use subject line “Return Request – Order #_______”
      • Tell us: item(s), reason, photo evidence if faulty.

            2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and the return                   address of our nearest warehouse.

            3.  Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and             ship via a trackable service.

             4. Email us the tracking number within 72 hours of dispatch.

      Important: Returns sent without an RMA or after the 14-day window will be refused and returned to sender.


      4. Exchanges

      If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different size), note it in your email. We’ll ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


      5. Refunds

      Approval We email you to confirm acceptance or explain any adjustment.
      Payment Card/Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal: refund is issued to the original card via Stripe US.
      Timeline Funds appear 5 business days after we process the refund, depending on your bank / PayPal.

      When we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure everything is okay.

      ✅ If everything looks good:

      • The item is unused, not damaged by customers, and has all the parts
        Then you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method.
        No restocking fee will be charged.

      ❌ If something is wrong with the return:

      • If the item is used, damaged, or missing any parts,
        Then we may:

        • Deduct up to 30% of your refund as a restocking fee, or

        • Deny the refund completely.

      We recommend carefully packing your return to make sure it arrives in good condition!

      Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery confirmation. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, file a claim with the carrier and notify us; we will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier errors or porch theft.


      8. Warranty claims (after 14 days)

      Manufacturing-defect claims within the 12-month warranty period fall under Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions. Email support@vallancia.com  with photos/video, serial number (if applicable) and proof of purchase.
