    Orders & Shipping

    Q: Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship only within the United States. Orders from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Q: How long does shipping take?
    Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri), and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days (Mon-Fri), excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

    Note:Handling time is not included in shipping time.

    Q: What is the order cut-off time?
    Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

    Q: How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. You can also view your order history if you created a Vallancia account during checkout.

    Q: What if I never received my order?
    If your order shows as “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

    • Double-check the delivery address and area

    • Ask household members or neighbors

    • Contact the shipping carrier

    Q: Can I return my order?
    Yes — most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

    Q: Who pays for return shipping?
    Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Q: How do I request a return?
    Email us at support@vallancia.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos (if defective or damaged)
      We’ll send you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

    Q: When will I get my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Funds usually appear in your account within 5 business days after processing.

    Yes. All tech and electronic items come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

    Q: What if my product is defective?
    Email support@vallancia.com with a description of the problem, photos or video, and your order number. We'll help you with a replacement or refund.
