    At vallancia, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. Below you’ll find details about how and when we ship your items.

    Please Note: Some products are fulfilled by our U.S.-based logistics partners or third-party suppliers. All items are carefully selected and shipped from our verified fulfillment network to ensure quality and timely delivery.


    Shipping Locations

    We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
    Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.


    Handling Time

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. 

    Note: Handling time is not included in shipping time.


    Order Cut-Off Time

    Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) will be processed on the same business day.
    Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.


    Shipping Time

    Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via a tracked shipping service.
    The estimated delivery time is:

    5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), (excluding weekends and holidays)

    Note: Shipping time may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

    We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the United States — no minimum purchase required.


    Order Confirmation & Tracking

    • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
    • Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

    You can also track your order through your Vallanciaaccount (if you created one during checkout).


    Shipping Restrictions

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any U.S. territories outside the 50 states.
    • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
